There is no joining fee. To activate your House Ambassador account you simply purchase a starter pack of your choice. No upfront membership cost.

There is no compulsory monthly stock purchase. You buy stock when you want to.

• Orders are placed through this platform or via WhatsApp on 067 047 4955.
• Payment is required before stock is reserved.
• Current payment methods: Yoco secure card payment, EFT, and manual payment approval where applicable.

• Delivery fees depend on the size and weight of your order.
• The delivery fee is quoted to you before payment is finalised.
• Target delivery window: 7 to 14 working days.

• No refunds.
• No returns on opened items.
• Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery — replacement only.

• Rank bonuses are paid once per rank achieved.
• Team commissions are paid monthly on the 15th.
• Commission is calculated on wholesale starter-pack purchases.

To qualify for team commissions in a given month you must purchase a starter pack or equivalent PV within that month.

• You may leave the programme at any time.
• Nora Botanics may terminate your account for misconduct or policy violations.

• Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on your effort.
• Nora Botanics is not responsible for lost or stolen goods after successful delivery.
